 Pravesh Shukla Arrest: According to the police, the BJP leader accused of urinating on a mentally deranged tribal youth has been arrested by the police at 2 am on July 4-5.

 After the video appeared on social media, there was a stir in the entire state.

 Police said that Pravesh Shukla was caught from Khairhwa of Kubri village in Sidhi district with the help of cyber cell.  The accused was dodging the police by changing the location since the incident.  A case has been registered against the accused person Pravesh Shukla.  Along with this, the accused has also been arrested.  ASP Sidhi Anju Lata Patle said that Pravesh Shukla is being interrogated.  Further action will be taken in the matter as per law.

 Significantly, a directly embarrassing case of Madhya Pradesh has come to the fore.  Video of BJP leader urinating on a retarded Dalit has gone viral.  Now preparations are being made to run a bulldozer at the house of the accused in the case.  A large amount of police force has reached the house of the accused.  Apart from this, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has also talked about imposing NSA on the allegation.

 Let me tell you, taking immediate action in the matter, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan directed to arrest the accused.  Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has taken cognizance of the viral video of Sidhi district and has instructed that the culprit should not be released at any cost, strict action should be taken.  The CM has given instructions for the action of the NSA.

 प्रवेश शुक्ला की गिरफ्तारी: पुलिस के मुताबिक मानसिक विक्षिप्त आदिवासी युवक के ऊपर पेशाब करने वाले आरोपी बीजेपी नेता बताया जा रहा है, जिसको पुलिस ने 4-5 जुलाई की रात 2 बजे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर आने के बाद पूरे प्रदेश में हड़कंप मच गया। 

पुलिस ने बताया कि प्रवेश शुक्ला को सीधी जिले से कुबरी गांव के खैरहवा से साइबर सेल की मदद से पकड़ा है। आरोपी घटना के बाद से ही लोकेशन बदलकर पुलिस को चकमा दे रहा था। आरोपी शख्स प्रवेश शुक्ला के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है। इसी के साथ आरोपी को गिरफ्तार भी कर लिया गया है। एएसपी सीधी अंजू लता पटले ने कहा कि प्रवेश शुक्ला से पूछताछ की जा रही है। मामले में आगे की कानून के हिसाब से कार्रवाई की जाएगी|

गौरतलब है कि मध्य प्रदेश के सीधी से शर्मशार कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। मंदबुद्धि दलित पर पेशाब करते हुए बीजेपी नेता का वीडियो वायरल हुआ है। अब मामले में आरोपी के घर पर बुलडोजर चलाने की तैयारी की जा रही है। बड़ी मात्रा में पुलिस बल आरोपी के घर पहुंच गया है। इसके अलावा मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आरोप पर एनएसए लगाने की भी बात कही है।

बता दें, मामले में मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने तत्काल एक्शन लेते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने सीधी जिले के वायरल वीडियो का संज्ञान लिया है और निर्देश दिए है कि अपराधी को किसी कीमत पर नहीं छोड़ा जाए, कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई करें. सीएम ने एनएसए की कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए हैं।
